Our mission: Show and Tell what Works for us to Attain, and Maintain, our Ideal Weight (without excessive exercise). 

We are regular folks, like you, facing all the challenges of living our healthiest life. After many years, we've narrowed down the specific strategies that WORK, without the hype.
